How to use
Sheet: Detailed View
- Input (or update) the Yellow-Colored Cells. We need to specify the first day of the most recent period. If you know the average length of your cycle, you can input this as the number of days.

To help determine the average Cycle Length, we look over the 3 most recent cycles, starting first with the last period. Then two, and three cycles ago. Enter those dates accordingly.
- Once you provide the essential information, you can then refer to the key upcoming dates in the table, off to the right, which lists the estimated fertile window, ovulation day, the next upcoming period, the early pregnancy test date, and the estimated due date of the pregnancy.

- These key dates are illustrated in the calendar view down below.

- At the bottom of the sheet, you get an estimated overview of future cycles and dates.

Sheet: 12-Month Outlook
- This shows a quick Calendar View for upcoming ovulation cycles, throughout the next 12 months. You might decide to print this out and use it as a reference.

Sheet: Past Cycles
- This is an additional sheet to help record Past Cycles, so you can keep track of any important notes or occurrences for each cycle.
