How to use

Sheet: Item Checklist
  1. In the Carrier section at the top, you’ll name and designate the different types of Carriers you are using. There is an array of 12 slots providing contrasting colors to help visually differentiate between the types of carriers.

    You can delete or hide the rows, or colors, that are not applicable.
  2. This table also shows the progress of packing each of these Carriers. As you proceed to fill in the Item List below, the # of Items and progress will be automatically reflected here in this table. You’ll also have optional columns to mark the weights of the respective items, as well as any helpful notes.

  3. In the Item List, you have sections for organizing and labeling the different items you’ll be bringing for the trip. You can use the the far left cell to categorize each section. For example, Clothes, Accessories, Shoes, Toiletries. This can be renamed to your liking.

  4. As you note the quantity of each item and the associated carrier they are going into, you’ll find this information automatically reflects in the Carrier Section. The filled status will automatically start at 0%. As you pack away items and mark them complete in the Item List, the Status Bar will become Filled.Status Update
Sheet: Carrier Summary
  1. In this sheet, you have a quick overview of all the items contained in each carrier bag. You can see which category the item belongs to, the quantity, and whether the item has already been packed away.

  2. As you’ll notice, the summary in this sheet auto-populates information based on the Item Checklist sheet.
  3. Any editing or updates should be applied in the Item Checklist, but you should find that the changes are reflected right away.
