The Easy Gift Planner (GS)

Description

• Help track different gifts for each person and when they are due.
• Status marker to signal different stages in the gift planning process.
• Signal when the purchase is over budget.
• Accomodates any occasion: Birthday, Anniversary, Wedding, Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, Thanksgiving.

How to use

Sheet: The Gift Planner

1. Fill in each of the columns, as needed.
   
   If the item Status is marked “Complete”, the Row will be highlighted GREEN.
   
   If the “Actual Cost” is greater than the “Budget” listed, the Actual Cost cell will be marked with the color RED to signal that the purchase was over budget.
   

To edit / update the options listed in the “Status” column, go to the Top Menu Bar → Data → Data Validation → Select the entry that refers to column A (“Value contains one from list”) → update the menu as needed.
